Pros:

the ability of the software to discount in real time the raw material consumed in a process.

Cons:

it has been complex to integrate the software to our system.specifically that the operators cannot share the same order or that the raw material is not discounted internally when an order is released without communication to the inventory

En general la expriencia que hemos tenido ha sido muy positiva ya que nos ha exigido organizar nuestro flujo de trabajo ademas de que nos ayudó a entender mucho nuestra operación, sus fallas y sus fortalezas. La posibilidad de acceder a la informacion de todos los procesos realizados y con ella, analizar datos, ha sido fundamentalmente en la toma de desiciones.

Pros:

Dos cosas principalmente. La primera es la posibilidad de tener tableros para analizar la información. Eso nos ha permitido tomar desiciones importantes y lo segundo es que el flujo de la produccion es muy claro y minimiza la posibilidad de errores ya que los operadores realizan unicamente lo que se programa en produccion.

Cons:

Por el momento que los materiales nuevos, no se pueden subir en masa. Tambien, usar el tablero de planeacion de manera "manual" es un poco complejo. Aun no se han realizado algunas actualizaciones en los filtros de busqueda de los procesos visaulizados por los operadores.

Mi experiencia con Jikko ha sido sumamente positiva. Hemos logrado estandarizar procesos que antes dependían de cada nuevo director de calidad, producción o innovación y desarrollo. Con cada cambio de liderazgo, se modificaban los formatos, la documentación y las metodologías, lo que generaba ineficiencias en la gestión de archivos, indicadores y procedimientos. Ahora, con Jikko, contamos con un sistema estandarizado que cualquier nuevo integrante del equipo puede adoptar sin problemas. Además, la cantidad y precisión de la información disponible ha aumentado significativamente. Gracias a la captura de datos en tiempo real en áreas clave como calidad, producción, eficiencias e inventarios, tenemos un control mucho más preciso de todos los procesos, lo que nos permite tomar decisiones más informadas y estratégicas.

Cons:

El sistema está en constante evolución y funcionalidades que hoy no tiene, vienen en camino, el equipo esta siempre dispuesto a escuchar a los usuarios y tomar acciones rápidamente.
