Pros
- We predominantly use it for stock, sales & purchase order processing which it handles more than adequately. It was a very competitively priced solution with knowledgeable founders & great support.
- My involvement so distant has been great. Once I had set it all up and learned approximately the program I was able to adjust it to our needs very effectively.
Cons
- Only thing I'm missing is possibility to open new work order directly from the one which I just did and not through main menu.
- Hate everything about it absolutely abysmal clunky no flow at all obscure reports it’s impossible to know what the titles mean can never get the data you need in one report.
Pros
- Ease of setup and responsive customer success team. Adoption by our team was quite quick and smooth, which is always a challenge for SaaS products in India.
- The flexibility of being able to design and develop a process flow for each process that best fits your environment is a huge plus.
Cons
- The more data you have the slow some aspects of the software can be to load, but that can be avoided by searching for occurrences instead of browsing for them.
- Customization options are limited, and the software can be rigid in terms of adapting to unique team processes.
