Great tool for detailed scheduling

We are using Orchestrate for detailed scheduling, where operators find information on ongoing and coming tasks and report back, when tasks have finished. Orchestrate compiles views of where the different teams are according to current plan. Plan is visible for all groups in the facility.

Pros

Database runs seamless on a local server and never fails. Fairly easy implementation. Works so great with Excel on masterdata analysis and load of planning data. The feature that You can report back on all previous steps at any selected op step in a process works so great. Very predictable. Support is reachable and fast.

Cons

N/A. Can't think of anything. We have had very few difficulties with orchestrate.

Great Value for Money

Our implementation is more complex than most, in terms of work order volume, vertically integrated deep BOM's, and different planners at each BOM level. Support over the years has been excellent.

Pros

Multi-User Support, Visual Finite Scheduling of Complex, Multi-Level BOM's.

Cons

Integration and performance challenges with large, complex data sets from our ERP system.
