  • Pros

  • Our customers love the ability to easily submit quotes and to select their order size and delivery time.
  • Makes it easier to increase profit margins through accurate material and time estimation. It also has automatic mark up and faster lead time calculations to help capture more revenue.
  • Cons

  • I believe that there are some ERP systems that will integrate but unfortunately ours is not one of them.
  • There are not a lot of things at this point that I dislike.

  • For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.
  • I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

  • Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality, poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.
  • There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.
