A User-Friendly Platform: My Experience with Pronnel

My overall experience with Pronnel as a project management platform has been exceptional. From the moment I started using it, I found Pronnel to be a powerful and comprehensive tool that greatly streamlined my project management process. The platform offers a wide range of features and functionalities that have greatly improved my team's collaboration and productivity.

PROS

One of the aspects I liked most about Pronnel is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the website was a breeze, and I found it intuitive and easy to use. The layout and design are clean and visually appealing, which enhances the overall browsing experience. I appreciated the organization of information, as it made it simple to find the specific products or services I was looking for. Additionally, Pronnel provided comprehensive and detailed descriptions of their offerings, enabling me to make informed decisions. The website's responsiveness and fast loading times further contributed to a smooth and enjoyable browsing experience. Overall, the user-friendly interface of Pronnel greatly impressed me and made my interaction with the website seamless and efficient.

CONS

While the overall experience on the website was positive, I encountered some challenges when I needed assistance. The response time from customer support was slower than expected, and it took longer to get my queries addressed or issues resolved. Enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of customer support would greatly improve the user experience and provide better assistance to customers. Additionally, having more support channels such as live chat or a dedicated helpline could be beneficial for users who prefer more immediate assistance. Strengthening the customer support system would make Pronnel even more user-friendly and reliable.

Reasons for switching to Pronnel

I decided to make the switch to Pronnel primarily because of the price. Compared to other similar platforms, Pronnel offered competitive pricing that was significantly more affordable for me.

It's their team!

A positive experience. Very feature rich. Very adaptable and configurable. You won't feel "nickle-and-dimed" from the product as pretty much everything is included. I'm looking forward to what they can add next!!

PROS

Dealing with the staff from Pronnel is what really makes this product a great value for the money.

CONS

It has a unique interface that isn't always intuitive. However, what you are looking for is there and it just takes some time to get used to using their tools.

Honest Opinion from the prospect of a growing company to scale up their business.

We would like to explore long term association with them, they are our problem-solving partner for our owners, managers and employees. Good luck to them and we are sure they will do wonders, if they are given chance to serve you.

PROS

Employees of this organization are different, they are good listeners, they can understand ground reality and bottle neck of business, you can discuss all issues of your business with them openly, very quickly they can come up with relevant suggestions to solve your issues. This application can do anything and everything based on your requirements, any modifications can be done based on your requirements. Respond time to get back on new development is super-fastInitial setting up process can be managed by the team quickly. The efforts they are putting to train users are in different level, they not only sell the product, they become your solution provider over period of time.

CONS

Due to their flexible nature, the amount of time they are investing to manage individual client is good from the client point of view, however I do not know how they manager their overall profitability by spending such huge time for each client.

PROS

Pronnel provides the ease to integrate business requirements management with tech task scheduling and prioritization. It's multi dashboard linking has helped me to ensure I can create end to end workflow, which I was not able to create in any other software.

CONS

If we get the feature where tickets can be assigned automatically as per skills and previous history.That will add much value to this product.
