Easy to use, innovative & all in one place
My first experience with online research, the FlexMR team made it easy to understand the tools and research methods. The best part, aside from the fantastic team, is the ability to run all projects (long term and ad hoc) within the same space.

Cheap and effective way to reach customers
Excellent great tool with great service at a great price.
PROSEasy to design surveys and for a non analytical person like me Numbers is great to analyse the results.
CONSSome limitations on survey design.Also.. numbers can be quite limited.

Great product and helpful support team
It has been an ideal solution for us and has played a key role in client decision making. The platform has evolved and improved a lot in recent years and the planned, continued improvements will only make it better!
PROSThe capability to offer clients all of their research on one platform, with a quick turnaround time and easy to access insights, is a highly attractive proposition - one which has brought countless benefits and captured important feedback for clients. Targeting tasks and segmenting the userbase is easy and very important to the user experience as well. The FlexMR support team are always on-hand to provide support and advice for using the platform.
CONSHard to say it is a dislike but the survey tool doesn't have the same range of question types or customisation as a specialist survey software does. Some manual processes on the platform could also be automated to reduce panel management time.

Good basic platform
Great, it does what it needs to do. Customer support has always been really helpful and fast to answer any queries.
PROSIt does work well, and the functionality is there for what we need it for. Survey building is easy and should be used, and the data collection from those surveys is easy and fast.
CONSSome things seem to be hidden away in sub menus, and separate tabs on the system would be better.

Great Customer Panel Solution
It's easy to use, intuitive, and has a fantastic range of features.
CONSSome of the more advanced features available from other companies are not available. This has never been an issue for us though.

It is adequate for our needs so far and allows us to easily create a database of our own users.
PROSIt fulfils our needs and once familiar with functionalities it allows us to conduct research and analyse the results. The ability to create a database of our own users is awesome.
CONSNot intuitive to use. Lots of clicks are needed to achieve simple tasks.

Good choice for panel management!
It's easy to use, and it does not require a lot of training.
CONSThe way invite/reminder emails are sent could be improved. It would be nice to have a delivery report. For statistics reports, it needs to be a bit more flexible in filtering data by custom dates.

Some processes in need of simplification
Product is easy to work out, especially when everything is done through insighthub.
CONSMenus can be sticky in navigation, making it hard to find simple things.
