Small Brand Review
Overall, Tracksuit is a good alternative way to track brand health metrics. For about the same cost, we were previously conducting a robust yearly survey which only allowed for us to look at our stats at one moment in time. We're finally moving to a place where we can monitor changes in seasonality. Not to mention the visual component is very helpful for sharing with leadership.
PROSTracksuits operates as a stripped-down version of larger brand trackers that I've used in previous enterprise positions. It is a cost-efficient way to keep a pulse on brand health metrics in market for both ourselves & our competitors.
CONSCurrently, the geolocation is a little odd but it is something that they seem to be working on. They've just added rural vs. city as a dimension. Additionally, I find the brand sentiment statements to be pretty restrictive in wording but understand that is a trade-off for being able to keep the survey short and therefore cheaper.

Tracksuit is super user-friendly & intuitive
I like how easy it is to use and navigate for any one from any department of the business, not just Marketing but Operations, Sales and even the C-suite! It is extremely intuitive and cost-effective for businesses with limited research budget.
CONSSo far, I have nothing to fault yet about Tracksuit, it has exceeded my expectations.
