I did analysis in the trial version and the result is amazing! He definitely finds the right product and makes a competitive analysis.

I do online arbitrage and FBA at Amazon. I've tried many software so far, but they haven't worked well. I was having trouble finding products and even trying to install products manually. While searching on the internet, I saw helium 10 and decided to try it. First I bought the trial version and used it, the result is amazing! It is both very easy to use and very clear. Competitive analysis is also very good. I believe I can sell a lot of products using Helium 10.

It may be cheaper because I live here in Turkey, and unfortunately very expensive dollars

When I first learned of Helium 10 back in 2015, I started with the free access to keyword and listing tools and that UI/UX experience was great enough for me to subscribe. Now Helium 10 is a no-brainer, as Helium 10 as added many additional tools and maintaining a high-level of UI/UX. I have been able to drop subscriptions to other software. My main daily tools in the Helium 10 suite are Cerebro for keyword search, Keyword Tracker to identify the keyword with the highest potential, Follow-up for auto-emailer, Profits for financial analysis and now I can add ADS this week and I'm looking forward to Inventory Management later this month, these I will use daily.

I have no cons with this software. It's like comparing Amazon to all other platforms. Amazon is not perfect but there is no other even close. Same with Helium 10, I have subscribed to just about every popular Amazon tool suite out there, no others are even close to the value from Helium 10 for the money. Ok, when I first started using Follow-Up I thought something strange was going on but support set me straight that I hadn't specified the ASIN for the auto-email. When you adopt a new tool you still have to learn how to use it. Is that a con or just real life.

I have been a Platinum ($99/mo) customer for 5 years in the past. Now I've tried it back with the Starter Plan and found that Helium10 turned into a scam company, that makes you sign up but doesn't provide usable software until you upgrade the top tier. They claim that everything is explained very well in their terms and conditions, so that can keep it unclear and shady on their website. I was a fan of this software, now it became a joke. Stay away from it and use one of the many other options for Amazon keyword research out there.

Keyword research tool and sales estimate are critical features. They use the exact same data as other e-commerce and Amazon software but Helium 10 has scammy subscription plans that force you to upgrade in order to actually use the features that they claim to be available in the other subscription tiers. That is not the case with other well known Amazon software options.

The subcription tiers are a scam made to get your money and force you to upgrade to the top tier in order to actually use the keyword research software. Customer support is horrible. I asked for a refund literally 2 minutes after activating the Starter Plan and they refused.

It's great and it is almost necessary to have to become a successful Amazon seller.

It provides so much insight on keyword and listing functionality for Amazon and/or Walmart sellers. The team also provides extensive how-to and insight videos on running these businesses.

I don't love the "Black Box" feature, which aids in finding new products to sell. I find it difficult to use and not that helpful.

I'm using the software to make informed decisions regarding selling stuff on Amazon. What source direct in larger quantities vs continue to arbitrage.

easy to understand and find the basic information and data i'm looking for

some functionality glitches. I often have my COGS changing due to negotiations or supply shortages so when I go to change those prices they rarely actually update. I've been told it can take as long as 6 hours for them to redo in the system but they don't. I'll get reports and sometimes have to do a double take because the margins aren't correct and then I realize .... oh the new price is wrong.

The tool is really great and provides almost all data necessary for our sales on amazon.

Since Helium 10 can not always be accurate - when Amazon doesn't open the date to external users, I wished there was a clear sign when the data is accurate and when it is estimated. that could be of great help.

It is not my main source for SEO, I am an author and know about wording things for attention but it does help me and I would say its help has aided in sales here and there. All good!

I use the free version and it does what it says. The paid version is awesome but I use other tools to fill in the gaps. I think it is great and we all need to do research for SEO and this is great.

I have not found any issues yet but am using the simple or free version in my browser.
