M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

The guy who helped me actually stayed late to help me fix my login for Meevo2. He was so nice and helpful and he just saved me and kept on trying until he found a way.

Our integration specialist did an excellent job of being available to help along the way. Customer support availability has improved dramatically over the last year.

I know that I have saved money by working with people that know how to run bigger businesses. Learn from the best and be in the company of those who have gone before you.

Meevo2 was a great fit for me being that I worked for myself. It has a great price point for a single user too.

I love the ease of moving from one report to the other. It was easy for our team to switch over with minimal training.

We love the integrated confirmations and client contact system Meevo 2 provides, the online booking and appointment scheduling is so easy.

I found the transition to be very easy. And support has been great helping with any questions we had.

Our biggest struggle was not having our package numbers convert. The packages converted, just not the numbers assigned to them.

I can't say enough about how much we love Meevo 2 and it is definitely worth the money spent.

The functionality of Meevo is only surpassed by the very helpful folks at Harms Software. Our operating costs have gone down and the ease of connecting with our clients has gone up.

There are sometimes some reports that are missing or hard to find. I am always searching to find a certain report or measurement and can't quite find the right ones.

The customer service and education is AMAZING. I've been to their annual Business Mastery twice and the experience and motivation is great.

We have clients that don’t come in as frequently as 90 days and they will miss our emails.

I also love the customization and best of all cloud based making it easy as an owner to log onto our system from anywhere versus and extra expense using services like Log Me In.

The software is soo user friendly. Our staff is thrilled to start our conversion from millennium to Meevo2.

The confirmation manager and automated wait list are awesome. We also love the integrated docs and forms.

We love that we can access and edit our book anywhere anytime. The walk through help and millennium academy is a really nice feature.

After a TON of photos showing this problem is has not yet been resolved and no customer service offering is anything. A lot of wasted time on calls.

My overall experience with Meevo 2 have been a great one. Millennium's Technical Support Teams has always provided me with excellent customer service.

Reports are easy to run to show individual stylist where they need to improve and where they are doing great. Easy to use even for beginners.

It’s very user friendly, easy to navigate and simple but has everything I need to run my business smoothly and confidently.

I love that Meevo 2 is cloud-based and that I can access it from literally anywhere on my laptop, iPad or phone. And the user faced website is super easy to use no matter which device I’m using.

Not only is it is easy to use, manage and monitor but it supports my teams and businesses growth. Each feature is engineered to provide value and growth.

Definitely I see a program that is going to be great once a few things are fixed. Hope they take from Millenium to improve it.

I think it leaves room to accidentally book an appointment there for someone who is new To Meevo  or doesn’t understand.
