Would not be able to run our ministry effectively without this software.

Pros

The gigantic amount of info, people, and reports you can access easily. The capability of the software to allow other users to access the "sections" in which they are responsible. The contact avenues available and the ease of contacting various groups of people. So many great things!

Cons

Has so many features that time won't allow me, personally, to get comfortable using all of it's capabilities.
