Phenomenal Membership Association Platform
The team is incredible, and the process for getting support is so fast and easy. Updating the website and user experience is so much easier from an admin perspective and the users love the member portal. The reporting capabilities offer in-depth views of membership and event status. Our members feedback is overwhelmingly positive on switching to the Brynk Platform. We could not be happier with moving over to Brynk.
PROSThe platform offers a wide range of features that meet the needs of our organization. The backend is easy to use from managing memberships to events. The payment software integration is flawless for processing payments and sending invoices. The event management component is user friendly and robust with features for different event types. The membership management component offers user friendly reporting features with a dashboard view that makes day to day operations streamlined with one look.
CONSWe have not found a feature on the Brynk Platform that we are unhappy with. IF we do not like the way a feature works Brynk works with us to develop what we need.

Salesforce is not easy to use for our members and it was complex on the administration side.

BRYNK has been a life saver!
BRYNK has been a life saver! We were struggling with another service provider and did an extensive nationwide search for a new one. Since transitioning to BRYNK, we have had no problems, not one. Organization members are able to register and pay for events without incident, pages load in lightning speed, and on top of that, quick response time for questions to support.

Excellent All-In-One Platform for Non-profit Membership Organization
Our experience with the developer [sensitive content hidden] and the Brynk platform is excellent. The process was straightforward and the end-product was customizable and delivered on time. The redesign of our website, migration to the Brynk platform, and the development of the mobile app took about 4 weeks from the date of the signed contract for the project. Additionally the website and platform support has been responsive and consistently helpful.
PROSAdmin Pros: Dashboard is the command center that gives you a snapshot of revenue, event registration, dues renewals, and messaging. It's easy to navigate and take a more detailed look in each of the areas. Easy to generate reports for each of the areas of membership management and events management. No need to go to separate websites to manage payments, event registration, and membership communications (eblasts). The all-in-one platform allows more efficient administrative management of the organization. User Pros: The member portal on the website is easy to use. With the addition of the mobile app, a member's phone is all they need to pay their dues, sign up for events, connect with other members through the membership directory, read member news and the latest eblast.
CONSIt such a big improvement over the membership management software we were previously using that we have no cons to share.
Reason for choosing BRYNK
An existing Brynk client who had been using the platform for a couple of years spoke to us about their experience redesigning their website and moving it to the Brynk platform and the mobile app developed for them. We liked what we learned and then scheduled a meeting with [sensitive content hidden] to discuss specifics. The Brynk's proposal met our redesign, customization, membership management needs at a very reasonable price and within a quick time frame that allowed us to be up and running in the fall before the next membership renewal cycle.
