About Engage AMS

Engage AMS is a cloud-based membership management solution for small and midsize businesses. The solution allows users to manage membership applications, dues and event registrations, as well as content editing.

Engage AMS allows users to collect content using a form builder that includes radio buttons, pre-filled drop-down menus, open text and file uploads. Users can be assigned roles and permissions with respect to their position or membership type. A messaging tool is included to contact members via email or text message.

Engage AMS offers a backend dashboard for reporting and administrative access. Pre-designed reports are available based on parameters such as memberships, order summaries, event registrations and event waiting lists. The solution includes online transactions for membership applications, event registrations, guest registration, add-on donation as well as refunds. Social media integration is supported as well.

The solution is offered on a yearly subscription basis and support is provided via email, phone and an online ticketing system.

AMS implements with our DNN site seamlessly. Excellent support and overall easy to use.

Pros included: seamless integration with our DNN website, ease of use and updating as desired, customer support and the ability to integrate with our existing internal database system


Cons include: Additional updates for reporting, financial tools, member communications driving to a more full-function true AMS system
