Licensing is based upon the number of unique administrative users (seats). It is not a function of your database size nor your website size. Whether you have 500, or 50,000 contacts, that doesn’t matter. Licensing includes upgrades and 2hrs./month support on the software. Since it’s a hosted solution we take care of hardware, physical and digital security, data and electric backup, environment, connectivity, PCI, CASL and GDPR compliance.
