1- the overall experience with the product is great 2 - Support from the tech team, The content management team is par excellence 3 - Top leadership of the organization is very attentive and responsive to customer feedback and plans product roadmap based on customer inputs.

PROS

1 - API based integration with other in-house designed tech solutions for user management, Course assignment 2 - Ease of configuration and options available for variety of learning needs based on changing program requirements.

CONS

1 - Course creation should be more flexible and re-usable across the platform.

A good LMS for a startup like us.

Overall Playablo is a good application. As we are just exploring it for our internal training, we need to explore it fully and completely. To date, we have got good support from the PlayAblo team.

PROS

Ease of use and simple navigation. As a customer, we have received excellent support of Playablo management and after-sales team in understanding & resolving our challenges.

CONS

We have not used the Playablo application fully so difficult to comment. But still, we are looking for uploading all types of SCORM content on PlayAblo.

Reason for choosing PlayAblo LMS

The Playablo LMS application was found to be more user-friendly & less complex to use And, it was fulfilling our current needs with reasonable pricing.

Creating Course Content is an easy affair in Playablo. Converting PPT into a browsable content and uploading of videos(later youtube content) was indeed a very userfriendly module.

PlayAblo - Customer Review

I liked the LMS for the ease of usage and prompt support. It has helped my field colleagues get used to cloud based LMS as I have plans to expose them to advanced content.

PROS

Although, I used a cloud based learning platform for the first time, I did not feel that. The system is pretty easy to set up and run. Whatever, little difficulties I faced during the setting up, it was promptly solved by the support colleague who was assigned to us.

CONS

In analytics, I would like to see the performance of each batch for each course separately. In the current system, all courses performance can be seen together in Excel. I had to filter performance of each course after downloading the Excel.

Reason for choosing PlayAblo LMS

Playablo pricing was the deciding factor as feature wise all were similar.

Manager Experience using Playablo

Overall Satisfied with the ease of access and usage

PROS

The ease of access and usage. Best support from the assigned point of contact. Positive reciprocation on the requests submitted.

CONS

Reports can be more personalized. Check for assigning the manager access instead of administrator access during the grant of LMS access, so that manager can review his/her team learning status on LMS.

Learning Management Simplified

Having conducted proper project to review and compare alternate options, Playablo was a perfect fit for Auxilo. It is just the LMS to get you started and still has several features that we have not yet leveraged to their full capacity.

PROS

The deployment of the LMS does not need any IT intervention. Being part of a small team, the easy of setting courses and modules makes it easy and convenient to use.

CONS

Nothing critical. Feedback, troubleshooting or changes requested are addressed and resolved promptly.

Reason for choosing PlayAblo LMS

Playablo was picked for Ease of Use, Competitive Pricing, Content Editor and Deployment requirements. It also provided could storage, so we were not required to implement any changes to our internal systems.

Best learning platform for starters for self managed learning courses

I was using a global learning platform with high level controls for admin. Playablo is the best platform if you are a small-mid size company with budget constraints. It has good value for money. The platform has the potential to scale up.

PROS

Easy to upload self-curated learning programs

CONS

It should have wider variety of courses in the course library especially related to Information Technology/software.
