  • Pros

  • Customer support is always fast and knowledgeable.
  • They really listen to what it is that I as a user need the platform to do for speed and efficiency. The ability to tackle my Day all on one page, is super helpful.
  • Cons

  • There can be a lag in reloading. Takes a bit to catch up.
  • It is difficult for me to find current customers or search contacts. I am also unable to add other contacts I have outside of social media.
