Poor UI is revealed when you resize the window. The buttons overlap over one another, sidebars occupy most of the space.

There's no way to apply a setting to only one computer. Then with the additional blueprints, when you want to make a change, you have one more place to remember to do it.

The support is excellent, and the white-glove migration was crucial to us.
