When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

Overall I would recommend Netsuite to another user as it is easy to use and intuitive. The customer support has been vital in helping our team along the way.

Really like how it integrates with Xero account so easily, which is another great saver of time and effort.

The simplicity of the system along with the ability to manage it from afar is what helps make it so user friendly. Staff find it easy to use and reports are simple to read.

Despatch system: Bugs and errors that you get used to but that are simply not intuitive to work with again causing customer service issues.

The product is pretty easy to use. The integration with some of my business channels was a breeze with the integration wizard.

Basic principle is good and works well. Technical bugs that don't get resolved let it down.

Their interface is user-friendly, their help documentation is clear and easy to find, and if that doesn't help, their customer service is world-class.

I explained several times what I needed and asked for pricing, he took a few days to finally give us some very vague pricing. I asked for more details, he didn't supply them.

Low cost and ease of use are excellent reasons to use Veeqo. The promotional discounts are a nice extra.

It doesn't automatically allocate purchase orders. Reorder levels don't work so very hard to understand when reordering, it also doesn't recognise zero's which is a massive problem.

This kind of support is really important to us which is one of the reasons we rate it so highly - the team are quick to respond to all our queries and very friendly.

The inflexibility of the features that you need and the related charging mechanisms is hugely frustrating.

Before, we would spend ages writing out our labels by hand but now we can have them all printed off for us, which is an absolute lifesaver.

For example, we want to update one of our kits on Amazon for 10 units. We also want to put “0” quantities on eBay because we don’t want to sell that item on eBay.

Fantastic software that is really giving other established software providers a run for their money. Really easy to use, simple and a good support team that assist when help is required.

If you're a high volume and low margin retailer their pricing structure is crippling.

After investing so much time in this system, staff training, hardware etc we really wanted this to work and we really really tried to give them a chance.

I like it free to use and the customer service guys are super responsive.

Difficult learning but it works very well. Shipping rates are good.

Their inability to listen to customer feedback and deal with very simple requests is quite something. The experience and flexibility that was sold to us wasn't real unless you went to Enterprise.

I find their customer service AMAZING. The onboarding process is made very easy and they help set up most of the backend stuff.

Overall, the interface is clean and pretty. It's usually easy to find what you are looking for.

Managing orders from over 3 different channels was becoming a nightmare, dispatch times were slow - and a little short of chaotic.

Great customer support and integration with other apps.

It is limited in functionality. When you ask for essential integration, or even management from a courier company contacts Veeqo directly , don't hold your breath.

It has saved large amounts of time in booking and shipping orders, and the internal notes section has allowed the team to communicate efficiently during the pandemic.

Genuinely cannot believe so much is being offered for no monthly cost.

Even if you are an existing customer. I don't recall in all my years of business, ever being insulted publicly, but Veeqo did this.

The fact that it is free of charge, the support are very helpful, no down time so far, more reliable than other API's we have used, easy to link to eBay and Amazon.

The interface is easy to use and support is fast.
