I am able to access my work e-mail and my PC desktop. I feel like I am sitting at my desk at work and one of the really great features is the ability to print from my desktop to my printer at home.

No major problems or flaws. A new look couldn't hurt.

For offsite company computers, this service has saved us a ton of time - effective and quick. Cheaper than travel, but still a little expensive.

The size of the font is small, making it difficult to see sometimes. It does seem to be a hassle at times to log in (have to go through 2 logins).

LogMeIn Pro provides a great solution for remotely managing your network. Have a tool like LogMeIn pro is critical for both efficiency and productivity.

The code the program generates + the overall security protocol mean breaches are almost impossible. After you are connected ,I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of lag.

The app and services was VERY reliable and easy to use.

Another downside for me is the lag time delays and very slow download speed whenever I access a Microsoft office suite file.

This software is quite easy to use and very reliable. It allows us to work from home on off days and allow our IT company to do updates remotely.

No real issue I noticed only possibility of maybe being hacked but that can happen with any such program.

It is one of the few remote software's that allows you to interact with the UAT prompt, which is really important. I would still be using it today if they hadn't gone up significantly on their prices.

My only dislike is that I have to leave my PC on since this works on individual PC's versus a VPN on a server.

Billing is inflexible - the auto-renew is difficult to stop.

Alerting when things stop working. When things flatline, there's nothing configured out of the box that will notify you.

This enables us to have our team trained with greater ease. The Perch team is very experienced, take their time in getting everything setup and very responsive to communications.

The only con is that it's too bad we need a service such as this.

It could be designing a query or dashboard to help finding a specific record. Also the constant improvement to the platform is great.

Easy of implementation and the setup of the appliances at each location is great. The web portal reduces our overhead and maintenance cost.

Sometimes links don't take you to the correct alert, which can cause confusion. Physical sensors can go offline which is troublesome given the remote nature of all employees.

MSP friendly threat detection. This space is filled with solutions designed for large enterprises, which is out of reach for a lot of typical MSP customer sizes and budgets.

Speed of the platform overall - some days, it drags hard.

The team at Perch is very helpful and SUPER easy to work with. Support is a pleasure to work with and will always find a solution quickly.

Their network sensors take in data from various feeds (like FS-ISAC) to look out for trending indicators of compromise in your business sector. Web interface is very intuitive and clean.

Perch has a very tight community and clearly built by people with great security experience.

We love that it integrates with CW Manage is a huge plus.

To be quite honest they have built a tool that anyone could build but they are selling the community and their willingness to continue to improve upon their tool.

For a novice to perchybana, custom searches can be difficult.

Customer support/noc interactions are fantastic.
