We have some issues with finding some of our buttons in the CSS, but the problem is probably more because of our code than anything.

It's best value for price on the market as far as I can see.

CSS selection for hints  can be tricky sometimes.

ProductFruits is an intuitive and easy to start with Software, that has a great experience from the very beginning on.

I would say i struggle initally to use this software but this is because i have never used a product onboarding app before.

Finally, the integration with hubspot is astonishingly fast and easy to implement, which reduced our implementation time a lot, and helps us have. A clean and unified database with our CRM.

They help perfectly and know everything you want to know. They also offer everything I want to have in a onboarding platform.

And support is awesome, answering in minutes, solving issues, or suggesting workarounds...  they also hear your feedback to improve the product itself.

Configuration of Tours, so called Hints and more is very easy to learn and the capabilities are more than you would expect from such an inexpensive Product.

To get the tour working with specific conditions is sometimes tricky (tunning CSS selectors).

In addition to that, their support and reactiveness is fantastic. I have interacted several times with them and they were always super supportive in finding solutions or even implementing quick fixes.

What really surprised me was the ease of use. I did not depend on any programmers or our webmaster to set it up.

Overall experience with ProductFruits team has been amazing. The team is very supportive and available round the clock for any technical/non-technical queries.

The team have been great at helping me create the optimum setup for our particular use case and helping me debug various issues.

Also the fact that it is possible to have different environments helps the design team to test tours without any production implications, which i just GREAT.

And let’s not talk about “%” because it sounds too vague. It means that your SaaS can earn additional tens of thousands of dollars a year without spending anything on ads.

There is no single element in the software, that I don't like. The only thing that Product Fruits should do is, adding more payment methods.

It is user Friendly and the forms are relatively easy to develop.

I hate giving a company a bad review, but what we were sold on and what the final product was, is light years away from each other.

The initial learning curve was challenging, and access to training material seemed weak.

The ease of doing forms in the field and being able to submit them immediately while on site has been the greatest tool in making one of my monthly tasks more efficient.

It can be fairly inconvenient and confusing to users who do not know the ins and outs of the app.

Good platform to configure mobile forms for phones and tablets. Url / PC support is not available, it if was it would be great for us.

The email after with the PDF is very helpful and I save that into a folder for each location. I think that the process is quick and easy now for me using the Pronto forms.

It is very easy to setup. It integrates with any database.

The data transfer is very reliable, and saves so much time in the field. The ability to access everything on your mobile device is so convenient too.

Training other members of my team is time consuming and tedious. There are likely some functions of Pronto that I am unaware of, but due to time restraints, I don't look for these features.
