The New Big Dog in town.

Its been a fantastic journey with the implementation team. Loved to beat any of the bench marks set by our previous system (Kofax Capture)

PROS

Its ability to work as a decoupled system, it allows you to setup export servers separate from your core processes which allows much faster processing for jobs.

CONS

Multiple index values on the thick client is not supported. OCR is an added cost.

Reasons for switching to Kodak Info Input Solution

Lack of functionality, processing limitations, lack of a powerful OCR engine (IIS uses AWS Textract) and overall cost.

Pricing point is an issue and also the cost on the professional services for configuration and customization
