Xerox Workflow Central is GENIUS!
My overall experience with Xerox Workflow Central has been a life saver! It allows anyone in our office to handle all our document needs in one place at our Xerox printer. We love that we all have our own preferences setup in the system making it so easy to use!
PROSXerox Workflow Central allows us to manage, produce, scan, email and produce documents with ease and from wherever I need.
CONSXerox Workflow Central has only made things better for our office.
Reasons for switching to Xerox Workflow Central
Our lease was ending on our old printer and Xerox had a great printer with all the options to offer.

Workflow Central - a good peice of software for the occasional user!!
Generally good, it serves its purpose. If the pricing was to increase at all on this though I would not renew as there are other alternatives.
PROSIt's secure, offers functions at a cheaper price than Adobe. Although there are free options online this software is secure.
CONSThe quality of PDF editing and converting PDF to word/excel is not as good as other software.

Price and usage. IF I used this software more I would have stuck with Adobe. Also this software works well with the printer.

Surprising discovery to save time and clicks
Makes converting files in batches simple - and with the option to summarise / redact are ideal. Translating works well most of the time.
PROSIn a word - simple, easy to convert files into what we need without confusion
CONSLook forward to more capabilities to be added in future updates. Would love a dedicate app for the iPhone, but the web interface is fine.

Reason for choosing Xerox Workflow Central
We used a service in the past. It was 10x the cost of Workflow central and we would have to wait days instead of the minutes it takes to finish a translation with Workflow Central.
