CyberSource also allows to create advance rules (country based, amount, velocity) and they are very simple to set. Cons: The only down side I have encountered so far (but it is the same in all the payment platforms I have work with) is that there is no easy way to download/get the data of transactions older than 6 months. Cons: They will say that they can save you money when you switch to them. They are not. There is fees for everything, including a terminal to use their product. They also make you sign a contract for both, which will not be clearly stated by your rep. When you have finally had enough of Cybersource, you will be charged hefty fees from both Cybersource and their terminal. I was only notified of Cybersource's termination fee.
