This will leave a bad impression on our side projects if potential users were to find out about it after it’s been inactive for sometime.

It's great that it supports so many different languages, and the knowledge base and step-by-step tutorials are outstanding.

I'm impressed how easy it is to deploy and manage apps in Heroku. There are so many plugins to do pretty much anything you can think of, from databases, to caching, to monitoring, to auto-scaling.

This group refused to use phone, so the limited accessbility was only with email, when they would always pickle us back and forth to differing departments, not finding any solutions for us.

The best thing about this application is it is on the cloud, which has saved a big in maintenance costs. The Data extraction of the data for reporting from this application is very fast.

I work with SAP HANA on the daily in order to perform ad hoc investigations and it works perfectly. All our data sources, schemas, models, and repositories are there.

Customization of application is very limited and organisation which need some step to perform in bulk can not do this.

It's a good data management platform. Easy to integrate with upstream and downstream systems.

Sometimes the connection between SAP Hana and our other applications becomes unstable so we have downtime where we can't use it.

I like that HANA is very easy to use for navigation or development purposes alike. HANA allows for the creation of materialized views which speeds up performance a LOT.

It has a learning curve from an ABAP developer standpoint, but once you know your way around them it is a very powerful tool.

My Overall experience with SAP HANA us very good interms of implementation , functionality , Data handling , Transport , user friendly UI , Strong database , multi core multiprocessor.

All the configuration, Z programs and setups are so broad that you can practically do anything with SAP, but switching to HANA was mostly to take advantage of it's new database and the cloud option.

Overall it's a good software. Worth using and highly recommended.

Also, using it on cloud will make it easier to work with the database as you don't have to worry about the high end hardware requirements.

Transactions volume  impacts on performance. Can be costly for small and mid size businesses.

SAP is the most powerful ERP in the world and with HANA they are moving in the right direction.

Some inbuilt windows function can be added and more nodes can be given in default so that the no code approach can be more acheviable.

SAP has always been good when trying to emulate your needs as a company to an ERP.

Multiple features to work with relational data, performing operations, creating calculation views visualization etc. So many features makes it cool.
