  • Pros

  • I appreciate the pre-built packages. New packages are easy to build and deploy.
  • The reliability and ease of use of PDQ is great. I also love the ability to customize and create packages.
  • Cons

  • Can be a little difficult to find the silent install switches for some of the software.
  • Lack of remote client aside (Connect would resolve that) , lack of information for connection errors, and the basic reports with certain fields limiting other fields is quite annoying.

  • I like the ease of use and value for the money.
  • Syncro combines RMM, PSA, Ticketing, and Billing into a single interface that's easy to use and cost-effective. The tool was built from the ground up with components that work together.
  • Cons

  • The interface is a little outdated and confusing.
  • The absence of a built-in timer and a technician timesheet are missing features that would greatly enhance the software.
