Best Revenue Increasing Tool
The ease of accesing the website / adding the offers / creating packages to offer an eperience for the guests. Oaky revenue increases month on month as it helps us understand where there is demand.
CONSNo cons for this product as it works as it should and the only thing you have to do is make sure the products are there for it to sell

Upselling for dummies
Before installing Oaky, we didn't have any pre-stay/upselling tool. Since then, we are now able to sell, of course, but mostly have a first contact with the guest before his arrival in order to make sure he gets the best possible journey at our property!
PROSOaky has been a success for us since Day 1. We have been able to increase our extras revenue by 400% thanks to this easy-to-use tool! This is their main strength, the ease of use. After a few minutes on the app, you can already create a deal, have access to the segmented e-mail, create a pre-stay e-mail and launch your upselling process!
CONSReporting might be upgraded as it is now difficult to get datas about lead time, segmentation, evolution of a specific deal...

While the guest can enjoy so many discounts with these amazig upsell tool our revenue will grow on the other hand. By leveraging guest data and preferences the software enables driving higher TRevPAR and increasing overall hotel revenue. Seamless integration with other hotel management systems, because it would be nice if we could have more detailed report about preferances about guests from other hotels as well, to learn the market better so you can offer better services, upgrades or packages. And also it would be nice if we can make more tools and leverages to be able to edit the guest applicaions, so we can tailor it to be more captivating for all guest. Flexible pricing options, including dynamic pricing algorithms, enable hotels to optimize revenue potential while maintaining competitiveness. By embracing these improvements, upselling software can evolve into a powerful tool for driving revenue growth and enhancing guest experience, ultimately positioning hotels for success in an increasingly competitive market.

PROSThis is such an easy software to navigate, set-up and customise. Due to our hotel systems set-up Oaky is very manual for our use but the ROI makes that worth while

the efficient tool for e-upselling platform
We are very pleased with the additional revenue generated by the Oaky platform. The platform provides an excellent return on investment. The Oaky team has been extremely helpful with our brand level enhancement requirements. Okay has an excellent team that provides services, support, and understands the needs of business partners.

Amazing upsell program
I've been using for over 2 years on two proprieties and the additional revenue that brings to the business is amazing. I user friendly and gives you the opportunity to create and add any packages fit for the right period of time and occasions.
PROSI like that is pretty straight forward and brings revenue with a simple "click" from our guests
