First, the interface is super simple and intuitive to use. Few clicks and you know exactly where you are or where you need to go to find your way around the software. Things don't need to be complicated to WORK! And when you have clients in the studio, the last thing you need is to fumble with finding your way around software. Kudos on simplified intuitive design!

I wish there was an album design/show option incorporated. BUT, I know this isn't what the software does and it's not something I ever held against it. I wouldn't say I like it less because of this. There are very few things I don't like about Swifft Galleries because it has always helped me do exactly what I needed and that is to sell artwork in a very relaxed, non-salesy way that my clients always appreciated and enjoyed.

Swift Galleries is fairly easy to use and set up.

If a client proofing session goes over 90 minutes it starts glitching, freezing, etc.

The swift gallery team is amazing, customer support just incredible. This is a relatively new program and when they update the design platform, it's going to be a force to recon with! Until then, it's a huge pain to do simple things like switching images takes a hundred clicks through all these weird menus. One of the most odd things is creating and scheduling "opportunities" before I can start playing around with ideas with my client. I don't understand what the point of all that is, just wasting more of my time.

It can show circle products on walls! It's easy to calibrate uploaded room views.

Designing wall galleries is painful, not intuitive and extremely tedious. It can be done, but I wish it was user friendly drag and drop like n-vu. The included rooms are awful, ugly and unprofessional. Plan to invest several hundred in better rooms.

I have been using Swift Galleries for years and my clients really love it. It gets the job done, is easy and has all the needed functions for a smooth selling process. I love Swift Galleries!

Showing clients their images on their walls always impresses them and makes my job so much easier. The order export kees things quick and simple for me to place the order with my lab, with any additional touch ups I see fit.

The fact it is all on the web slows it down a lot. Takes awhile to upload a client's image if wifi isn't too good. I don't like how you can't save to suggestions during an ordering session, you have to add it to the cart.

I like all the features it offers for an affordable price. I like that you can keep up with clients and cull through their images, and clients love that I can add their photos to their wall to see what it is going to look like before they buy!

I don't like that when you go through the images and clients choose which photos they like and which ones they don't like you cannot see the number of images they have selected to keep. I always get the question "ok, so how many photos have we said we liked?" and then I have to go and manually count each photograph which can lead to me miscounting and it is time consuming. It is also tough once you choose the images they like and don't like to go back from the designer to the compare window. Sometimes I have clients that will change their mind and they want to see an image the decided against the first time up on their wall, I have had times where I lose all the information in regards to what they culled through and it looks unprofessional on my part.

I absolutely love this entire program and it has changed my business. I have convinced one other photographer to join and she is so happy with the program as well. the representatives are very personable and care about my success. They are super fast at responding to my questions and very inspiring in their content and development of the program, the facebook group, and the resources for us to learn and grow as IPS photographers.

One think I think could be added to the Swift Galleries App is a way to amend/change invoices for returns or corrections.

Swift Galleries strikes the perfect balance between features and footprint. It's got everything you need (and nothing you don't need) to help you and your clients design print collections for their home, whether you are meeting in person, or remotely on video. If you are looking for a tool, and a plan with concrete, manageable steps to help you provide better value to your clients, and more sustainable revenue for yourself, this is the tool you should consider.

Like most tools, there are some places where the interface can be inefficient - more clicks or context switches than I'd like. The developers actively seek out feedback from the user community, so I expect the interface to evolve with successive updates.

Swift Galleries has made me realize how important it is to be able to provide clients with something they can vision. Seeing sample products is great, but showing them what they could look like in real time is such a game changer. Not only has swift galleries been easy to learn, it has given me a new confidence in my work. Proving that my work deserves to live on the walls of my clients home. I also love how personal representative are. Their support is quick and I feel like they genuinely care for all photographers's success in their business's!

The thing I love most about Swift Galleries is how easy it is to not only use the software but also learn the software. As an entrepreneur, we often wear multiple hats in our business and spending time to learn so many different softwares can feel unproductive. Learning swift galleries was so easy and allows me to implement in person sales strategies without feeling like I don't know what I am doing.

I wish there were more room images that are available.

I truly think that the executives are there to help me succeed, they are upbeat, real and a great asset to my business and I'm sure to many other photographers too.

I knew I needed to show not just talk about what I wanted to sell and Swift Galleries made that possible. Being able to place my images on actual walls helped my customers gain the vision I already had. I'm excited about their new payment plan app.

Only being able to sell wall portraits or wall collages. I think there was a work around but I didn't have enough time to explore that.

If I have to choose something, I don't use the slideshow feature because I make my own outside of Swift Galleries. However a new feature now is that you can import your own slideshow! Swift Galleries just keeps going from strength to strength!

Have you ever used a software that will guide you through the whole program AND give you endless valuable marketing info? Yeah, I haven't had that much luck either. The staff supports are seriously ON THE BALL with this software. It's easy to integrate into your business AND they guide you step by little step to doing it. I've tried a lot of different softwares for my company. Most of them are over prices and not as applicable as I thought. If you follow the program provided, you'll make back your money 2 or 3xs in your first IPS meeting.

I want it to be easier to input newer products. They have a ton of products already ready for you to put in the system. But when you use a more consumer brand, like ZNO, you have to do it all manually. It's a tad annoying. Operates a little slow from time to time.

I have found people to be open to more and better purchases when they see what their choice will look like in their home. Many people don't realize just how small an 8x10 image is on a wall over a bed. When they can actually see this, they are open (and often insistent) for large prints and matted and frames wall art.

I have found Swift Galleries software for In Person Sales to be a tremendous benefit. The learning curve is easier than others I have tried and the customer support is personal and efficient. I like that I can take a photograph of the clients's wall and shown them what their choices will look like on THEIR wall. This has been a great benefit in sales to my clients. I highly recommend the Swift Galleries system for any professional photographer.

It takes a little time to learn, but any software does.

Swift Galleries is an excellent tool for photographers. It makes sales presentations a breeze! I love using the gallery templates and rooms, as well as creating my own. I love that I can use the client's home and plan out exactly what size gallery will fit in their space and they can virtually try it before they buy it. Perfection!

It's pretty easy to get started! Creating wall galleries is so easy. I love showing a client exactly what it looks like before they order, and how they fall in love with it even more when the gallery is installed. What I like most about the software is the customer service. I'm no technical wizard. The reps are so quick to answer any questions and are super kind and funny!

Product management is a little overwhelming.

I highly recommend swift galleries, it has increased my sales by helping clients visualize what their wall art will look like. Customer service is prompt and excellent and their online tutorials and resources are excellent.

I love being able to create mock ups of collections prior to meeting with clients to show them what their options are. Being able to then tweak them to the specifications that day increases my sales. The invoice creation is excellent. My first wall art sale was $3400 (previous averages were around $1300). The best description I can give is my client saying at the end " I really liked being able to see it all together, it made spending this much money much more comfortable".

Moving through it is not as intuitive as I would like. Parts seem a bit clunky. Having said that the cons no where outweigh the negative and the value for what you get is amazing.

I'm a real estate photographer that doesn't shoot many weddings or portraits, but the few times I've used Swift Galleries, I've made enough profit with Swift Galleries that I wanth to become a full time portrait photographer. The support staff will teach you how you can make q decent living with photography using Swift Galleries.

It is incredible to be able to show your clients their artwork on their walls before they buy, so there is no question about how great it will look. Swift galleries offers exceptional value with their tutorials and great customer service and they continually upgrade their product to make it even better.

Not really a con, but like most software, you need to take few minutes to learn how to maximize its use.

Clients are blown away seeing their photos at real size on real walls and it always positively impacts the sale. Perfect for those who have a hard time visualizing. The customer service, and educational materials are unmatched and have earned great brand loyalty from me and so many others.

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say. There were some sluggish/clunky features but they have been updated and improved to the point of no complaint.

Swift is a great tool for inperson sales. I’m still getting familiar with it and setting up but I love it’s potential

Being able to show proportions, arrangements and framing options on homes is great. I love that, whenever possible, the guys at swift will add products from my print company to their preview options.

I’d like the previews that I save to be in a bigger size and higher resolution.

It creates a realistic reality based on the actual setting of a client's home. The emotional and practicality value is incredible sine you can truly "paint" the picture of what canvas sizes and images will look like in their home.

Guiding the client through it. But it still beats meeting them in person or selling them on something without the real life application being able to be visualized.

It is great software. We do a lot of in person sales in our own home office and at our clients' homes. It is easy to use and offers us a great way to display our work so clients can understand layout and size.

It is a bit tough to navigate between some functions. It would be great if you could input the size/dimensions of the product you wanted (as an option) instead of dragging to resize.

I love that whenever I am stuck in a bind, customer service is always available (within business hours). From the very beginning, I was provided with easy step by step instructions, video and course with how to use SG. I was never lost but always encouraged to push through as well as set the goal for my individual results.

I didn’t like that I had to go in add my own prices for products, but that’s me being lazy. Every should have the option to put in their own prices for product. SG even goes as far placing a lot of labs prices and mark ups in for you.

I like that you have set this program up with several product companies so it's easy, to set up your product lists, design your wall art share it with your client and make a sell they really try to teach you how to get it set up and they do customer calls with you to help you with anything you need. There customer service is truly amazing!

I don't know if there is anything I didn't like I keep trying to think of something but nothing comes to mind!

Love that I can run this on any computer from anywhere. We can sort images with client & pick out the best wall art for them.

Sometimes there will be a loading issue but I'm sure it's from the internet. I just refresh page & it's all good

Swfit Galleries has allowed me to give clients a visual of their photos on the wall. Gone are the days that an 8x10 is plenty for the wall! Clients are excited to be able to see an accurate mockup and be easily guided through their print size decisions.

The downside to this program is that it is web-based. Prior to every session, my nerves grow a bit, worried what I'll do if the internet drops out.

I can help customers really see the difference between “just a couple 8x10’s” and a 20x30” canvas can make in a room. Most people don’t understand just how to visualize what a large piece of wall art looks like until you show them.

The feature that allows me to photograph a customer’s wall, scale it and show them exactly what a specific size canvas print will look like is invaluable. With a few clicks I can set up an entire wall gallery with their pictures to scale and show a client how it will look. There is no guessing involved.

I wish there was a snap-to feature so you could line up wall art perfectly, like 3 16x20’s aligned exactly at the top edge. You can usually get it pretty close but not always exactly. It would just make the gallery presentation a little bit cleaner. Not a deal breaker in the least, but would improve the aesthetics of the overall look.
