Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I love the simplicity, the elegance of the app, the richness of features and the pace at which they make changes. I also love the availability of support both chat and phone.
  • Additionally, other competitors won’t automatically show on the app which is a huge plus. Overall, my experience has been super good and I can’t recommend Momence enough for new business owners.
  • Cons

  • They are seeing who registered, what they paid for the class, how much the studio grossed for that one class, etc.
  • There are a few things missing. I can't book more than one appointment at a time unless the clients have the same membership package.

  • Walla is intuitive and simple, yet incredibly powerful. Our students can register with an ease we have never experienced at our studio, we rarely have client issues logging in or creating accounts.
  • Walla has been an amazing addition to our studios. The most important thing is our customers and being able to make everything easy for them.
  • Cons

  • There are a few things that are missing BUT the Walla team listens. At any time I can email or call and someone responds immediately to a question.
  • There were some additional capabilities around automated messaging and retail that was part of the previous software we used that I miss.
