I love the simplicity, the elegance of the app, the richness of features and the pace at which they make changes. I also love the availability of support both chat and phone.

Additionally, other competitors won’t automatically show on the app which is a huge plus. Overall, my experience has been super good and I can’t recommend Momence enough for new business owners.

The product did not perform or provide as I was told it would and it's been a huge waste of my time and energy. Particularly disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Easy to use, integrated functionality with everything I need in one place, constantly improving, adapting and responding to and open to my recommendations and needs.

Support is responsive and timely and it’s a real person who is genuinely interested in solving answering your queries.

It has been a very seamless transition and I have felt supported through the whole process. I love the marketing features and I regained a few students when we launched.

The second red flag was when I was charged during my onboarding and then a second time in the same month. When I asked for a refund, it never came.

The app is easy to use, and less confusing then some competitors that I’ve used. Super happy with my choose to transition and would recommend to anyone looking for a new all-in one software.

This software is stunning. The capabilities are incredible and the customer service is top-notch.

The support that was given through the change over from one booking software to this one. They have a quick response team that made my feel super supported through the transition and afterwards.

Their onboarding + support team is super knowledgable and most have experience with MindBody, which I used in a previous studio, so its easy to get clarification on certain things.

I think it's pretty intuitive and you're able to easily make changes to the schedule. I think the sms texting is awesome - I also think adding a customized sms texting group would be amazing.

Thanks for all the time an effort you have put into this feature. Having a zoom link right on the class listing and Momence taking care of adding all the links has been amazing.

It is a wonderful product that fill in the spaces for the smaller studio and teacher and is designed to keep our focus on our community rather than our computer.

I also love how i can have an unlimited amount of video content on here and the app is a great feature.

I sold a workshop video yesterday so I love the added revenue stream. M looking forward to maximizing the platform more and more.

They booked the demo, then cancelled it and took the monthly subscription before I was even able to start using the software.

In the beginning a lot of our packages and memberships were inputted wrong which was a big headache and stress for me and handeling with clients.

They are seeing who registered, what they paid for the class, how much the studio grossed for that one class, etc.

We like how seamlessly our schedule and VOD was integrated into our website. We also like how easy the app is to use for our clients for purchasing packages and scheduling appointments and classes.

Amazing to think of how much money I save each month (minimum $200/mo in savings) plus how much time I have to create content instead of uploading, downloading and sharing.

I love the on-demand library subscription, is allowing me to build a sustainable business and my clients love it.

The ability for teachers to request subs in AMAZING as well as adjusting renewal price for a limited amount of time. Reporting is pretty robust and very easy to create custom filters.

There are a few things missing. I can't book more than one appointment at a time unless the clients have the same membership package.

It has been great, the platform has a great value, my clients like it as well and it has  saved me SO SO SO MUCH time that I can use to create more content.

I like that y'all are making changes frequently and are pretty flexible. It would be cool to have a user council call with other Momence users and discuss best practices.

Wonderful so far, very happy to have a wholistic platform that handles almost all of my client needs to provide a great product and service.

I also love the ability to see all class in multiple layouts, the calendar layout is great for planning classes ahead of time and seeing where classes can be added as a whole.

The only thing that has been mildly annoying is when I’m scrolling through my classes and I’m looking at, for example, page 4, when I’m done looking at a class, it returns to page 1 instead of page 4.

We struggled with our past software on both a staff facing level and when clients tried to use the program online.

I am most impressed with the customer service and constant development and improvement of the momence software.

I was most afraid of the integration process but it went very smoothly. My customers are happy with the ease of use, as am I.

We have greater reliability and transparency than we ever did with Mindbody. The support, R&D and senior management of Walla are highly responsive, friendly and knowledgable about their fields.

Walla is intuitive and simple, yet incredibly powerful. Our students can register with an ease we have never experienced at our studio, we rarely have client issues logging in or creating accounts.

Class pass integration was rough but we got it, I don't like that it's hard to keep up on new hidden features, if it wasn't for Athena I would have been pretty lost.

The automatic late cancel / no show penalties bring in enough revenue to cover the expense of the software with the added bonus of training our students to have good class registration habits.
