Esper Platform Tier 1 1-10 named users $150,000 Esper Platform Tier 2 11-25 named users $200,000 Esper Platform Tier 3 26-40 named users $275,000 Esper Platform Tier 4 40-75 named users $325,000 Notes: - For 75 or more named users custom pricing can be provided. - Esper products are offered as an annual subscription. Subscriptions include software licenses, access to support services and new versions of the software as they are released. - All professional services for implementation, configuration and support will be priced separately (please see Professional Services tier for more information). - All users of Esper need to have a license to use the system. This includes policy writers, reviewers and collaborators. “Named user” is defined as any individual user added to the Esper platform. - Agencies on a single-year subscription are subject to an annual 5% increase. - Agencies on a three-year subscription are locked into contract pricing with no annual increases.
