Performance Management

Exceptional customer service and a very high quality system which enables us to keep on top of all things performance.

PROS

Somerset Council uses Ideagen Risk Management for performance management first and foremost. Actions and PIs are key to the monitoring and reporting and work very well.

CONS

Currently, the need to set up reports in the Classic version is a little "clunky", but I understand this is soon to be fixed so that all can be done within the Browser version.

Good front end poor back end!

Keeping control of risks is simple and easy as is managing internal audit actions and performance

PROS

The main area for updating risks , performance and actions is really easy to use. It is a great business management tool. It provides instant oversight of where varying activities are across the business.

CONS

How you build reports and dashboards is really difficult it is not intuitive at all.

Helps with oversight of risks and actions from the top down.

PROS

Easy to use product and they supported us to move our risks over to 3 LoD model and training.

CONS

That everything hasn't moved over to the browser version so you have to swap between applications as admin.

PROS

Can track and monitor your whole risk register for the business on this and allows ownership of controls to be assigned across the business, which gives accountability for updates on risk management.

CONS

It can be difficult to navigate from the beginning.
