COI tracking system

Great customer service and collaboration from the RiskPartner team.

PROS

It's ability to generate insightful reports stands out as a valuable feature.

CONS

One of the pain points is that once we have exhausted the number of times a vendor is reached for COI compliance, the contract stays unresolved indefinitely. Perhaps the process needs to be modified to address the COI's that stay in this status.

PROS

Keeps track of our insurance certificates and when they expire. Collects them from our vendors once they expire.

CONS

If there are issues with certain certificates that are hard to procure from a vendor, would like to have a dedicated rep to discuss in detail.

A great experience. The program has helped greatly with obtaining and keeping our COIs. Our rep is extremely responsive and helpful, always available for a call, and always provides options and/or answers.

PROS

Customizable, amount of information that can be inputted, ease of submitting contracts, customer service

CONS

Advanced features aren't always user-friendly; however, customer service is outstanding in assisting with our needs.
