OnBoard is a cloud-based board meeting management solution designed for board member collaboration before, during and after meetings.
Users can compile and coauthor board books and materials. Updates to materials save automatically and are instantly synced across users' devices—including desktops, laptops, tablets (Android, iPad, Kindle Fire and Windows Surface) and smartphones (Android and iPhone). Notes and annotations can be typed directly into materials and are also searchable. OnBoard includes functionality for remote data swipe, surveys and multi-board support.
The software offers a personalized dashboard where directors can access materials, examine upcoming meetings and receive announcements. It also includes permissions management to give administrators the ability to designate who has access to which materials and communications.
Onboard integrates with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook. Users have access to 24/7 customer support via phone, email and an online help desk. The software is priced on a per-user, per-month basis.

Onboard is very user friendly and intuitive. It is suited for non IT-survey individuals. I would reccomend this to any age group.
The software offers very little customization functionalities. I wish the look of the interface could be changed to fit the customers' preferences.

Simple and powerful communications with our board of directors in a cost effective and efficient manner.
OnBoard enables simple and powerful communication between our staff and board of directors. The set up of the program was quick (up within a few hours), training was effective (felt like a pro within 48 hours) and support is prompt and complete. Quite simply OnBoard does not feel like a piece of software but a utility that extends the effective governance organization of our organization. Also, really enjoy the ability to view on multiple devices without any troubles.
I struggle to identify any specific changes that would make board communications better through OnBoard.

Savings trees and so easy to reference old board packets!
We love how easy it is for the board to get the information quickly, Our Board varies from the 30's to the 70's and all of them are able to use it easily ( no matter what age!) No more mailing board packets that will take up so much space, and its so easy to go back and get information from past meetings for reference. For me doing the call report, I no longer have to go through piles of paper and am able to get any information from any month easily! We love love love using this product, and my CEO loves the ease of it as well!

Made our board meeting so much easier to manage for both admins and users.
Easy of use is definitely the best part. Everything just works the way it should. The reliability is also fantastic with OnBoard. There are also many updates throughout the year which are always handy to have.
The admin site is a little complex and the learning curve is a bit steep but once you figure that out everything works good.

We use OnBoard for our Management meetings. It provides a centralized experience in scheduling meetings along with the ability to attach presentations. Additionally, it allows a more efficient note taking experience. The documents including presentations can be easily searchable anytime. The mobile apps also provide ease of access to the OnBoard application.

We converted to OnBoard and have had no issues getting our directors functional on the tool. Intuitive design makes it easy for users to function on the system with little or no training.

We are very satisfied with the Passageways Board Portal. We find that the portal is user friendly. The use of the portal has reduced the time spent on putting together board packets and the cost for printing and mailing these packets. In addition, it provides a central point for us to find all of our Board material in a safe and efficient manner.
Easy to use. Keeps everything in one central place and standardizes the process across all of our Boards and Board Committees
Software has been upgraded several times during the past 4 years and every time it gets upgraded it causes a learning curve for our members and users to reacquaint themselves with navigating and uploading material.

Passageways is always striving to keep their products current and take the customers requests to heart. They value feedback and seem to find ways to update their products to include valuable enhancements.
Ease of use and universally applicable for multiple departments.
Voting feature lacks a few small functionality features...but I haven't stayed familiar with it recently.
Very good product!
