We use it for board and supervisory committee meetings. It's a great way to organize reports and get a lot of information out to multiple people. Our commercial team uses it for gathering loan documents. We use the resource section a lot to store important documents so people can easily find what they need without having to figure out which meeting it was a part of. Sometimes I'll put everything in the packet and click on 'Open Book' and an error pops up saying that it failed. Then I have to remove each PDF one by one until I discover which one is the problem. The OnBoard Academy is also a great tool to help you learn the program. Cons: There was one instance when the program was not loading properly and I needed to urgently update a board book. Thankfully, eventually the issue resolved itself. There was one other occurrence where a user experienced an issue downloading an Excel document from a resource folder. They were using an Apple product to access the portal and they were not able to view the document in question as a spreadsheet.
