That's where the meeting archive is collected after being downloaded and imported from the previous board software. As it is, meeting history is divided in two locations. Our commercial team uses it for gathering loan documents. We use the resource section a lot to store important documents so people can easily find what they need without having to figure out which meeting it was a part of. And if something needs to be swapped out last minute, it's not a problem at all. The process is so fast. #### Cons If a PDF is created from a Goolge document, OnBoard won't accept it. Sometimes I'll put everything in the packet and click on 'Open Book' and an error pops up saying that it failed. Then I have to remove each PDF one by one until I discover which one is the problem. And I am still in shock that the custom field options work, I assumed they would be buggy from the moment I started using them. #### Cons But sometimes designing a segment seems an unnecessarily arduous process. Additionally, the reports export option does not copy every datum (it exports only what is currently on your screen at that moment) and I have to perform more exporting.
