This software has allowed our sales team to quote customers instantly on the spot while meeting with clients. There is no more "I will get a quote to you by the end of the day". It is now instantaneous which has lead to increased sales and new customers.

Ease of use online and on the go is where quotebooks really shines. It allows us to keep our entire product catalog and pricing in the cloud for our salesmen to reference and use on the go. It is therefore not just useful as a mobile quoting software, but also a easy to use price guide and catalog. Another pro is its ability to let you keep track and set reminders for each quote you generate, allowing for easy follow ups and fewer lost quotes.

A tie in to common AIS databases for current inventory would be nice, but that is a pie in the sky request that is not grounded in what this software is for.

Trying to find an easy to use solution other than Microsoft Word or Excel to generate proposals was a challenge. I also needed the ability to be able to quote from any of my devices. QuoteBooks was able to fulfill theses needs.

QuoteBooks is an easy to use application for quoting and proposal generation. It helped me to provide professional proposals in minutes.

One of the main functions I needed was to search quickly for previous quotes, for a while QuoteBooks didn't have this but they consistently asked for user feedback from me and I was able to tell them my problem. Shortly after QuoteBooks released an update that addressed my need.

Being able to allow each sales person view and manage their individual quotes and allowing managers see them as a whole team and know what is in the funnel.

It would be nice to have a wildcard * when looking up quotes because it is K-sensitive or a box that would be contains that could be checked. Also if there was an easier way of converting the quote to and order. Some times the management goes to review and didn't realize they made a small change by reviewing the discount structure and it gives the quote a new review number getting rid of the previous quote that now our customer has decided to sign.

Easy to use when trained on it. The quotes are very detailed and looks professional. I love the fact you can download your contacts and they are there for future quotes. You can see where all your customers are on the map.

Not being able to click one button to delete a quote you don't want. Wish the configurator was part of this where you don't have to open up another program and save it and then open up Quotebooks to send the Quote.

The ease of use to create customers, create quotes, and send the quotes is better than our previous CRM program.

The software glitches more than we would like. The integration of the configurator for ErectAStep products glitches everytime it updates which requires more effort to resolve than we would like.

Being able to go from lead to quote to a sale all in one place is incredibly helpful and time saving

This program works so well, I'm not sure what I like least. Perhaps the maps feature, only because it's not useful in my specific situation.

Versatility of all the features and how well they work together. Simple yet robust all packed into a platform that is managed & supported extremely well.

I am very satisfied with everything that I have seen in the software! The only struggle is the amount of time it takes to get new features or tweaks to existing features implemented.
