I have used a lot of project management software between different jobs and Active Collab has by far been the easiest, most straightforward, and practical. I love how streamlined it is.

Ease of use, very similar in concept to Facebook. The price is super reasonable.

There are MANY other project management tools out there and I've used a number of them. Active Collab is the best in my opinion in light of the integrations and ease of use.

Second, the price per user is very affordable. It would be a great tool to use if you want to spend the time on the API to customize it to your needs.

It does these with ease. Then it layered great collaborative working.

Out of the box it is missing things that I would have expected to be present.

While it is perfect for managing many different types of projects, this is still not the perfect tool for managing software development projects.

Its a powerful, yet simple project management tool. It has user friendly interface which is the best part of this product.

We tried many alternatives, but the simplicity and the ability to self host won us over. Task lists, Kanban Style boards, Time tracking, Notifying and Assigning all work well.

The only reason for that would be, there is no (or that was not back then) an integration with Git or other version of control system. It was simply a missing feature back then.

Time logging was difficult compared to the software we moved to later.

Overall I cannot recommend ActiveCollab enough. The application is extremely user friendly and the support staff is extremely responsive and very helpful.

More and more its becoming a part of my workday. Loving the ability to click on activity on the left to see the company wide activity for each day.

Active Collab gets the balance right between offering lots of features and keeping the interface user friendly.

It's been buggy lately and the issue with images not uploading has been awful.

ActiveCollab is one of the best, if not the best project management tool that I have ever used and I have jumped from one to another tool for different projects and project types.

I like the rich features for project management, and the ease of use. As well as the ability to manage billing.

Two things stand out about Active Collab. First, it has a fully customizable API that can be installed on premises.

Sometimes I struggle with the organization, but overall it's a decent tool.

We ended up transferring from ActiveCollab to Teamwork fairly quickly because it caused some business problems for us.

The only thing I have found that I dislike about ActiveCollab is there is no due date for overall projects.

Super easy to use and i did not even have to read how to use it! very user friendly and easy to communicate with others.

Sort of stopped using it for customer service.

I checked out the software on a whim, because I saw that it integrated with something else I used. I felt COMPELLED to use it.

The integrations are great and allow seamless imports from all our solutions.

Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced - Also a great product.

BlueCamroo has been a great Partner. When we first started working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] we were charting new waters in our industry.

Also, make sure it handles contacts the way you want it to. We wasted a very long time setting up a competing system only to find out that it did not group contacts by company the way we expected.

I love that I can have emails directly in the program so the details are attached to the client (and that I can forward them there from other inboxes). This can't be beat for a free version.

The screen layouts are well organized and clean, the interface is intuitive and ease of configuration.

Fairly priced, highly recommended CRM for E-commerce.

For the areas that we have started to use, ease of use is a major plus and once you know where each element is - daily use of the platform is smooth.

At first, it was difficult to manage and navigate. The platform has grown significantly since we began using it.

The support team responds very quickly via a built-in ticket system and answer any queries / resolve any issues with little to no delay.

They provided great guidance on how to exceed our customer's expectations as well as include functionality and interface what would scale.

I love that its free and it is very smart to get people to sign up.

Oh, and I like the social-media style interface that makes working in some of the sections seem like checking your FaceBook feed.

The ONLY halfway annoying thing I've found is that a few of the date fields seem to be in non-american order, and I misread the dates. That being said, I'm sure they would fix it if I complained.

The free version is actually useful, especially for a new business. I will pay for additional features eventually, but for now, the free version does what I need to do.

BlueCamroo has been able to accommodate all our requirements and allow us to save money overall. At least once every day or two someone on the team comments on how great BlueCamroo is.

There are a couple of rough edges in the user interface. In several areas, the screen doesn't refresh as it should (I suspect that's a bug that will be fixed at some point).

Projects are split into tasks and subtasks. Tasks can be filtered by the due date, assigned users, or custom labels. Dependencies between the tasks can be set, so there’s always an exact order of tasks. Automatic rescheduling allows for the child tasks to follow the change made to the parent task automatically. Tasks can be viewed as a timeline (with shown dependencies), a kanban board, a calendar, or a list.
