Also, upon finishing and approving a book, I have to go back to the main screen to get back to where I can make the book visible, but that's a small inconvenience.

I don't use it as often as most people in my organization, so I'm not as proficient and I forget between my uses.

Initial live training was good and reference materials are detailed and helpful. It's easy to set up users, and they are happy with the functionality.

Diligent Boards is a high quality product, allows you to overlap companies if you have users in a Group of Companies. Is user friendly, has a great support team and customer success team.

The email tracking feature has been my favorite so far. By allowing me know exactly when a sent email has been opened and read, I am able to assess time on task by team members much better now.

Much nicer than Microsoft mail, less bulky than Apple Mail and more professional than Gmail, value for money is very high with Titan.

The e-mail search option does not work as well as I expected.

So far, it's been a perfectly seamless transition and allows me to forward all emails to the free gmail account I started off using for my business.

It does not forward mails into an inbox. All emails Titan emails go strait to spam.

In case on untimely renewal, mail communications are lost and cannot be retrieved.

The way message trail is defined make it confusing to follow up the order of messages.
