This isn't the case sometimes. You can delete the lines off the invoice, but then it becomes hard to see which lines have been invoiced and which haven't.

Great future vision product, it has more than I need to manage my team, recruit and track people, leave, benefits, compensation, performance and more. Even better I LOVE the Social Collaboration tool.

Dimensions Feature allows the level of reporting we need to comply with multi-country/currency/project/phase/donor requirements. Very easy to use and to train others to use.

The system consistently slows down after a few days/weeks/months. Sometimes this is due to a FinancialForce upgrade, and sometimes it has been due to bad code written for us by our FF consultant.

It has a nice customer community portal where you can share ideas, log issues etc. Support is great, and if anything does crop up as an issue, they really work hard to get it fixed.

Take the very most basic functions you do, and just have the vendor show it to you. Pay attention while they do so.

It was one of the first cloud-based accounting packages, and with that has come some architectural decisions that I think they've realized were a mistake, but with every release, they fix these.

It's really nice product and useful and easy to navigate and report the results. I have recommended for several customers too.

Great performance even with big data. Cross company / multicompany mode.

There are multiple ways to do multiple different things, and some ways can cause errors. The only way to know this is to test out different methods and seeing for yourself that the error arose.

Excellent analysis tools and integration with Excel supports our multiple reporting and wider organisational needs.

Great user interface, great support, great at doing finance and accounting reports that tell the story of your company financial health.

I love that the UI is so intuitive and easy to navigate. Their support team is the best and I love the reports that this software is able to produce.

If you have employees and you want to increase performance, this solution is complete. HR departments will thank you, you will save time and headaches.

We Keep using it because a migration would be even more costly. I guess with much more customization it will be great one day.

The process for getting these performance degradation resolved can take weeks, wasting dozens of hours of valuable time.

I love Salesforce, and they have hit the nail on the head yet again with this product. Imagine Salesforce for accounting.

The SCM Module of FinancialForce is fantastic for organizations looking for a plug in to Salesforce that can be customized but also has a lot of fantastic out of the box features.

At some point you will have to decide if the cost is worth the quality. Stuff gets done, but you could easily hire several developers to build similar platforms, or integrate with ohers.

Customer service, financial force has a serious lack of empathy towards thier clients.

We have been doing for the last 5 months our invoices, collections and the month-end-close with this accounting software and we are pretty happy with everything.

Built on a cloud platform this allows me to manage my accounting in a better way. And the most amazing part is it's available everywhere.

The workflow feature is quiet robust and if thought out well can replace manual approval processes.

It is very easy to share and work on a shared document. Check-in and check-out processes not so effective and easy but It is well-considered.

It will be the best money you spend and will save you the cost is saved searching in weeks.

Overall user interface is very bad. Not encourage you to use it.

In short I would say it’s a great intuitive in terms of document management and also in keeping them in a preferred way as well.

Some problems with the length of some of the names documents. There is problem with documents that have more than 250 characters.

Now it is a useful product. The document engine of this certain application helps a lot in searching documents as well I can easily find keywords, names etc through it with more ease.

The functionality of being able to store and find files is great for the price.

It Helps To Organize Your Documents In An Order But User Interface Should Be Improved.

I love the ease of use and the technological advantage that M-Files 2018 provides.

The thing I like the most is the seamless integration with Microsoft products.

For smaller organizations, I recommend using the built-in database option. M-Files installation and administration requires much less planning compared to SharePoint.

Its useful features I can easily locate each one of my folder and even the content present in a certain file. It keeps simple and easy to understand interface.

Other think I like at it is integrated and working pretty fine with Microsoft Office softwares. It aslo makes our business efficiency great.

Ease of use, minimum invasion of existing systems <> easy integration, vesatility. Paradigm shift from Where to What.

M-Files search capability is by far the best feature. It not only searches metadata, but will search the text of the document.

This application helps in all these functions and much more by its high quality features that are superb easy to handle as well.

Accessing a shared file has troubles too. Most of the time, I try to send a file via e-mail to skip m-files.

And extremely promt and helpful customer support.

User interface is vey bad. It is very difficult to find required files.

The software very reliable or secure for example you can choose which departments can see the files or you can define the security levels etc.

I can not say it is bad software however biggest disadvantage is; its speed. You need quite large time to share files.

It is good value for money but for a small charity like ours it's a huge investment but I am glad that we made it.

Great Product, Customer Service needs some work.

Overall good, worth taking the time to fully define before implementing, technical support good but sales support can be slow to respond.

The user experience is well integrated with Windows (can access using a drive map). Suitable for on-premier or cloud deployments, including AWS Workspaces of VMWare OneSpace.

It is a solution offered according to the needs of every institution / organization. The biggest advantage at this point is that it is very simple to customize.
