Uploading video files can be slow. Disappointed that it doesn't support all files types as we were told.

Great Platform to Manage Community Management.

I hate that when a piece has missed its publishing time, it vanishes from the calendar. You cannot use the tagging feature on Facebook due to privacy issues, but that really slows down my work.

I also have problems with posting from Percolate to Facebook because I worry the videos won't work as well if posted through Percolate.

It's capabilities to help organize contents to improve brands visibility and also following is topnotch. I enjoyed using all its features.

Social features are broken, always reporting bad data. This is more of an agency than a software vendor.

The platform is very easy to navigate and is very intuitive eg when inserting hyperlinks or images, for example. However, there are a couple of limitations regarding SEO.

On rare occasions, you may encounter a slight delay in response time or minor glitches when attempting to access the image library.

The software capabilities are great and always improving and the support services are excellent whenever I have used them.
