  • The UX and UI is beneficial for those who expect a great quality software.
  • Price was reasonable, less technological expertise needed than for other vendors. Good out-of-the-box functionality and documentation.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to understand the error messages. You need Sisense Support Team's at all times.
  • The error message in the elasticube are sometimes a little weird.

  • First of all, the help desk is great, it is fast responsive and very friendly, Their use of screen capture videos is enormously helpful.
  • I love the different functionality and continued innovation around product features.
  • Cons

  • The only element I dislike about the software is the way in which the data is exported.
  • Invites go to user's spam folders adding an extra level or work in recontacting people.
