I enjoy using Reatair and find it very quick and easy to use. It's also great to look back and have your appraisals all in one place to view.

It's great to be able to sign authorities and contracts via Realtair, as most of our vendors do not live locally (holiday homes) or are busy.Also like how quickly you can prepare a professional looking CMA.

Feeds from Pricefinder - seems to miss a lot of relevant listings - both with past sales and current listings. Feedback from admin staff is it's hard to get support, and once set up it's challenging to update templates so after sales support is a weakness.We want landsize on our appraisals for the property we are appraising and have been waiting a number of months.

Very easy to use - and a seamless process

One platform for all documentation from a price update all the way to exchanging unconditionally on one platform. From a compliance point of view, its a paperless trail that if you are ever audited everything is in one spot and date stamped.

The initial set up as out templates kept on changing, our inhouse team had to create all templates a few times.

We use this to prepare our CMA and proposals to vendors. We also have adapted to provide our vendors with a "What's next" calendar of events, "Preparing for sale" which details how to prepare for live mode vs sale mode and prepare for photos etc.

The product is easy to use, and is visually exciting. Sellers love it, and we love using it.

Sometimes the data doesn't come through even though the address is not a new address.. we are rural/regional area

I love the ease of use that we can use Realtair with our auction properties. Digital registrations has sped up the process and everything is done on a tablet or a phone. The benefit of this is that reports are generated which outlines our campaigns for prospective clients

I really like the price update function on realtair and one issue i had but has now been resolved is that when you send price updates, you now get a reminder to send another update in 3 or 6 months time.

This is a great product and would highly recommend it.

Can be glitchy and frustrating at times with the pricefinder integration. Does not find all comparable properties easily.Can be working on one template then it flicks to another in the campaign.

The ease of sending out a proposal and getting an Agency Agreement prepared for remote signing.

Information from the first step of the campaign (profile) does not get copied to the Agency Agreement and that all needs to be filled in again. including the commision from proposal and selling estimate. the marketing campaign doesnt attach to the Agency Agreement properly and is not viewable at the time of signing. Further, in the COnveyancer / solicitor field that should be a "search" bar and auto fill the details of address etc.

Realtair is written by agenst for agents and it works - it's made us so much more productive !

The CMA is what we use the most. We run a buyers agency business but I would like to be able to add slides so I can include the demographic information of the suburb and include some stats and graphs. Be good to get trained on hopw to do this.

The template and product are easy to use, especially the link that you can track.

One of the great features is that you can input as little or as much information as you wish, to use it in different ways depending whether you are only giving out information on the services that your company offers, or whether you are wanting to use it for an appraisal giving comparable, and an estimated rent for the property.

When converting it to a PDF to send to someone who might not have email it doesn't look as streamlined once printed out.

it can be a bit clunky making sure the template fits with what you are using. Can take effort to upload a new template

It’s a easy way to keep in contact with contacts without being in their face or over the top.

I like that people can open a property and go through the photos. But I now realise that I need to open each property profile and remove and reposition photos.

I now find that a lot of the time I have search in REA sold and Then add properties manually. I have had people comment about a house close by that had just sold and settled but not in the report. So now I do a two stage search and add process.
