Great functionality! With TB we have everything we need and more!

Interface, not as user friendly as expected, electronic signature, email tracking is not available

Support is very thorough and responsive.

We really like that the team is constantly improving and tweaking the product. They truly listen to suggestions and are always making it better. I love how it can populate the forms by group based on a series of initial questions. Also the checklist is awesome.

The mapping of forms can be very cumbersome. The esigining is not compliant with legal requirements, although convenient, we don't use it for that reason. Can only upload .pdf format documents. I wish the task reminder would have the task mentioned in the email it sends. Minor issues compared to the overall delivery product which is been very good for us.

This software is not as portrayed during the initial preview. AFTER you sign up for a year, then you start setting it up yourself - even though we were told setup would be done for us. They gave us a 30 day money back guarantee but it takes more than 30 days to understand how it really works and all of it's limitations so this is just for show. We've tried to work with this company to negotiate an early termination fee but they would rather keep unhappy customers because they are all about the MONEY!!! This software is not what they tell you it is! Don't get stuck in a contract like us!! We are just a small brokerage trying to get going so now we have to pay for two softwares!

I thought that it would be a great all in one product.

The entire program is difficult to use as nothing works in the right kind of flow - the documents do not look good enough to send to clients and take forever to fill out and use, the wizard questions are not really relevant or help with anything, you can't use the esignature without a transaction, on and on and on.

The support of this product is exceptional. I am an old timer AND a software developer.Sometimes you have to know the difference between steak and gravy.. This software and ESPECIALLY the support team is STEAK!

I am much more organized when my Total Brokerage transactions are filled out because it reminds me when something is due.

The best part of the software is that I can email multiple documents to different transactions and they are there when I go to work on my file.

I can never find it on my desktop because it blends in with my screen.

This is the 3rd document management software I've learned in this industry. It is by far the worst. A transaction in Dotloop can be expidited in 1/3 the time needed in Total Brokerage.

The ability to obtain signatures in the same place docs are managed.

Way too many tabs and screens, compared to similar software. The process is drastically slow and clunky with far too many clicks. Data is HIGHLY decentralized which requires large amounts of time to jump around to work transactions.

Using this software gives me confidence that I am including all the pertinent information such as forms, contacts, communications and signatures that are critical to a transaction. I have been selling real estate for over 20 years, having begun with all paper files to now having everything stored in one safe place makes my job so much easier. I appreciate the fact that I get email reminders about tasks and critical dates that I set up in the calendar. It's easy to get distracted from the paperwork when you are also showing and listing properties. I feel like I am not likely to "drop the ball" when TB helps me keep my tasks timely and organized.

I love that Total Brokerage is so user friendly. The learning curve is quick. The software seems intuitive and logical to me.

I have been using Total Brokerage for the past three years. So far I have not found anything I don't like about the product.

I like the program NOT the popup. Very good program....just quit with the popup

I hate the popup that comes up every time I open this app. That's the most aggravating thing.

I most like the ability from my Broker to compliance my transactions so that I know I'm on the right tract towards completion of the transaction.

In the beginning of use, I found it a little challenging to enter information into the GAR forms. Wished I could enlarge the forms to make them more readable.

I love the way Total Brokerage sets up your road to success. From the initial CRM entry to last item entered the systems intergraded feature collects the data and pulls it all together. Task management helps keep you up to date with upcoming events and appointments. Very easy to use and if you have a question the immediate response from the program makes life easy.

When uploading forms you have to do them individually, I like creating folders / files on my personal computer and when I have to upload them into Total Brokerage I have to select one at a time. I wish we could add the multi upload function.

Have enjoyed using TB. Love all the new add on features, keeps track of my transactions, my dates, etc. and makes me look even more professional.

Very easy to use. You can add notes, update files easily and add dates to your calendar, which I love.

there is nothing that I don't like about this product so far

I very much enjoy using the TotalBrokerage system. It is the only way I am able to keep track of my daily calendar, clients, and all of the deadlines associated with each client along the way of the transaction. If I didn't have TotalBrokerage, I'd be lost.

Being able to make separate calendars per client is key, and it is AMAZING that they all come together on your one main calendar. Being able to create deadlines & reminders for your clients is also a great feature. I tend to be forgetful but that's not an excuse with a system like TotalBrokerage. I also love the ability to send documents for signing, having one section per client where I can store all of their individual documents, etc. The organization of TotalBrokerage is fantastic.

We would really like a "calling out" function.

Overall I'm very satisfied with total brokerage and would recommend it.

CRM is amazing, helps you organize your contacts and have great communication with them

Tabs are not user friendly, the automation need more instruction, I'm still not sure how they work!

Overall the TotalBrokerage it’s a great tool That’s helps you to be the Agent that you want to. Its Guide you with your transaction steps by step. It has a great marketing tools for you to to choose and design your own ads. If you are an investor or an agent it has variety of vendors list anywhere from moving companies to cleaning company etc, and you can add your own as well. My favorite part it has a great way of helping you to build relationship with your customers by sending them emails, post card for holidays or even their favorite sport. Extremely helpful Is the a reminder that will remind both parties when things are due and it’s also can sync to your calendar on your phone. And there is so much more!!

My favorite section is the Tasks, I found it extremely useful, specially as a new agent because It’s guide you step-by-step to what forms must be completed for your transaction. After three tasks that you have completed, it’s been sent to be reviewed. If those Tasks are complete and correct It will let you know you that you passed and you can move forward to the next three tasks. If it’s not being approved it will tells you what you are missing and therefore, it will helps you to correct any mistakes and you won’t be allowed to move forward until those mistakes are been approved.

I Actually love this software, it just at first you feel overwhelming but as you start using it over and over you will found very easy to used and extremely helpful.
