Recruitio helps me recruit better people a better way

Overall Recruitio helps us organize the recruiting process and helped us rethink how we structure the process. We have gone from requiring a lot of work up front from the candidate, to a more scalable way, that improves the candidate experience and helps us bring out the best candidates.

A true ATS-Gem with an attractive and fast onboarding

PROS

Easy to implement (30-60 mins), financially easy decision (subscription, no implementation cost up front (or ever)), that you can drive diversity policy through the anonymity set-up

CONS

The product comes out of an innovative start-up - they are constantly improving the product, which means that as a user I have to be OK with features and possibilities arriving in a steady stream. The challenge here may be that full familiarity with the product hasn't arrived yet .... which is kind of OK :-)

They are all just OK, but too "old school" - I wanted a simple, strong ATS that pointed into the future
