I like integration Dameware with Active Directory, functionality and simplicity.

Connecting to a computer for remote support without needing interaction from the end user is the best part of Dameware.

I have been very pleased with DameWare and have setup a DMW file for sharing with others that lists all our servers and other specific computers.

The ease of use is the best part is will connect to even to any pc on our domain, and allows us to chat with and see all screens. Even when not at our own desks it allows ease of access to others.

What I like the most of the ease of use of this program.

Cannot recommend this software enough, definitely worth the money.

There are times that it can be sluggish, or through random errors out when installing the service for the first time, but most of the time that has to do with the computer and not the software.

The ability to do ad-hoc off network remote control is nice.

I like the AD like interface, and the general ease of use. Access to remote computers having issues and being able to pull logs any time is great.

My authentication methods for access to my computers is my business. This is very dictatorial and heavy-handed, and it makes no sense.

Dameware is a true  diamond for any IT Support staff,  software can be installed on the client machine remotely without any user intervention.

The Licensing model is awesome and only costs $50.

Connections to devices and management of the network is great. The ability to connect to devices quick and safely.

I have tried other software but have not been as impressed as with DameWare. Solarwinds has great products.

It's very straightforward and also helpful if you need insight on how to operate it. The cost is also very inexpensive for remote desktop support software.

This avoids confusion with users that like to change systems without notifying IT. Dameware has a great integration with Solarwind's WebHelpDesk.

I have never had to do that with Kandji. The dashboard is really easy to use and allows you to do some incredibly powerful things with minimal training on Kandji itself.

Blueprints can help organize systems but leads to some frustration when attempting to make a one-off commands.

Incredible functionality and very easy to use compared to some of the competition. Support is fantastic, and a great solution engineering team to help with any struggles.

Pro Level MDM at a Lower Cost and Administrative Burden.

This is difficult for me, because the team behind Kandji really put a lot of thought into their product. There's nothing I've found to be lacking or missing.

The support team has been proactive, not just throughout the onboarding process, but throughout the process.

Overall I have been extremely happy with Kandji and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium really solid management solution for Macs and iOS.

We tested some other competitors and Kandji is the easiest and most reliable tool we found on the market.

The ROI is almost immediate after adopting the platform and I am excited to see what the future looks like with Kandji.

The sales process was efficient, and in the few instances where I've needed support, the team have been responsive and have gone out of the way to help.

I really like the in-built templates which gives you a configuration which is aligned to specific security standard, which can then be customized as desired.

The onboarding team made things super easy when moving from JAMF Pro. User interface is extremely clean and easy to use unlike other MDM's that require much more knowledge and skill.

The support has been outstanding. Both by chat and videoconference, all of our questions from the mundane to the obscure have been answered quickly and clearly.

The tool fits our organization well. Once we got used to the Apple Device Manager Integration and how blueprints worked, we quickly made good progress through our list of requirements.

I was able to get all my users onboarded without issues. Kandji is looking after devices and I've got confidence that the devices are secure.

Kandji lets me enforce and monitor those things and many other best practices that save us from downtime, which costs billable hours.

The interface is intuitive and has allowed us to easily manage a rapidly growing fleet of macOS devices as well as a few iOS/tvOS devices.

Kandji definitely doesn't have the most features available as competitors, but for the price it's great. I could see a lot of smaller companies using Kandji.

There's no way to apply a setting to only one computer. Then with the additional blueprints, when you want to make a change, you have one more place to remember to do it.

The support is excellent, and the white-glove migration was crucial to us.

They know and love their product for good (and obvious) reasons. As a life long Apple user, admin and admirer I can say that if Apple did their own MDM, it would look like this.
