HRS has been woderful to work with! Especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT], who is always very helpful in answering our questions, sending and reviewing quarterly reports and keeping us in the loops with HRS happenings. We like that our ideas are valued!
PROSThe Blu-Tooth features are extrememly helpful for our clients who are older and not familiar with technology. The simple kiosk screen is user friendly and helps relieve some of the fear people may have with bringing technology into their homes. Of course, the real time results are critical!
CONSIt would be nice if the software would stay updated more frequently with automatic features. To troubleshoot this ourselves, we update the tablets before installing at a patients home. When patients have problems, it is usually an update issue.

Good product, great service. Overall the best available
Overall experience is a 4.5 out of 5. The Client relations and customer service is top notch. The response time for most all issues has been not only impressive but incomparable to any other software provider. The issue we experience is the lack of a voice with the development team and reporting department.
PROSHRS software allows you to perform remote patient monitoring for multiple use cases.
CONSReporting and data analytics is HORRIBLE and worse than most of the other top players in the field. It makes no sense why a report cannot be created or analytics cannot be obtained if there is data in a field. Worse, there is no forum for clients to place requests for features. The video calling feature is promoted by Sales but then discouraged during Implementation. The incoming calls feature is not usable and needs to have a high priority in being fixed. More importantly, if your Implementation team tells the client to not use it, it shouldn't be advertised by the Sales team.

overall the experience has been acceptable.
PROSProduct is pretty easy to use. Setting it up takes a little time, but for the patient, its pretty simple. You have ironed out some of the kinks of the past. The colors should stand out more, so that the user knows when they have completed a task.
CONSeducational videos are not great. The screen is small, and the videos could be better, and more educational.

Provides excellent customer support!!
Customer support from initial contact through training and integration was top-notch. The sales team worked with us to find a plan that fit our budget. The training team were responsive and available when ever we needed them. Integration was taylored to our current staffing situations and was not rushed at all!
CONSIntial role out training for staff was overwhelming to them. As the first introduction it was too high level and caused the staff some anxiety.

The attention, availability and willingness of the initial sales team to work with us to cost wise as well as results and information provided on success of others using the product in regards to decreasing hospitalization and ED visit rates.

Great responses, help desk is the best. always available.
PROSThe ease of use for patients. Patients have little difficulty using products, unbreakable. Little more frustrating with staff.
CONSThere are a lot of filters used and glitches working with other systems. Not all apps work as advertised causing frustration with staff and patients. Integration is difficult - work arounds needed often.
