  • Pros

  • I should note we are only using proxies in the cloud at the moment. Very happy with LucidLink.
  • Ease of use in a complex environment, easy to understand and plenty of support.
  • Cons

  • For starters, it's difficult to understand how to make the most of LucidLink. It seems that you can use many different file spaces simultaneously, but in practice it has not worked.
  • Because the LL teams is small, some quality of life featture are still missing and will probably take a while to implement.

  • It is a great tool for remote support, the price point is very good, many features of more expensive packages.
  • The software is easy to use but if you need customer support is superb.
  • Cons

  • The performance is poor and it suffers of latency compared to other software under the same conditions.
  • The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.
