Overall the platform is good and does what is supposed to do. We continue to get good results running campaigns with Qubicles.

We have had issues with timing errors if there are too many records in a campaign, so having to clean up campaign to avoid posting errors can be a pain.

I liked the price for the service. Once you become acclimated with the system it because easy to start a campaign in no time.

I love Fenero and am not new to the call centers. I have used many over the years, Five9, CallFire, Chase data, fillterZen call,8x8 and a few in between.

We originally had access to multiple boxes, but the program changed and we lost this without notice. Many features that were previously available to us now require an upgrade to the subscription.

Overall this is solid software for anyone that needs to receive anonymous feedback. I love the ability to respond to messages through the software, maintaining anonymity for all involved.

I like Suggestion Ox because it is easily accessible to all of our employees, statewide; and I receive notifications whenever someone has submitted feedback.

We use Suggestion Ox as our anonymous Feedback box. Based on what I have seen, it is limited in capabilities, but it fills a need for us.

The only cons I can think of are lack of filters for exporting boxes and no ability for an individual employee to be alerted of a response.
