  • Pros

  • Friendly graphic user interface, useful history of calls with each contact, easy to invite someone as a guest connection.
  • The whole system is intuitive, which our customers love. Its also easily scalable, which is a huge benefit to most organisations.
  • Cons

  • Some features still missing from app. Looking for chat outside of our organization, but am told it will be available soon.
  • There are some features missing in comparison with other cloud collaboration services. Sometimes ios app is unstable, crashes.

  • It is a great tool for remote support, the price point is very good, many features of more expensive packages.
  • The software is easy to use but if you need customer support is superb.
  • Cons

  • The performance is poor and it suffers of latency compared to other software under the same conditions.
  • The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.
