KwickMetrics Pricing
KwickMetrics provides customers with a variety of plans suited for anyone from independent small-scale sellers to large corporate companies with their own full fledged e-commerce pipeline. KwickMetrics offers a free version called Freemium, and paid monthly plans - Standard ($25/mo), Professional ($35/mo), Business ($45/mo) and Enterprise ($75/mo). In addition to these subscription plans, we also offer custom pricing for large corporations who may have specific requirements. Each tier differs in the number of monthly orders supported and the number of users, along with other feature access.

Affordable and Brilliant
Extremely happy. Data integrity is perfect and their customer service is amazing. Even though we are 12.5 hours apart, they accommodate my requests quickly. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars from me.
PROSGreat pricing and superb customer service - very responsive and helpful.
CONSNo real cons but if I had to nitpick, their P&L reports topline revenue that includes revenue items that are irrelevant to sellers - like taxes, gift wrap, etc. These are zeroed out in the next section but I don't think it should show up at all.

Fantastic customer support and continuous updates make KwickMetrics a top choice
Overall, I was very impressed with KwickMetrics. It had all the features and tools I needed to track and improve my Amazon business metrics, and the insights it provided were valuable and actionable. The frequent updates and improvements were also a plus, as they kept the software fresh and relevant.
PROSI really appreciated the simplicity and ease of use of this software. It was a refreshing change from other complex and cumbersome tools that I've used in the past, some of which are incredibly slow in loading our Amazon data and inaccurate in their calculations. Another thing I liked about this software was the excellent customer support. Whenever I had a question or issue, the support team was quick to respond and help me out. The pricing is much more affordable than the other tools we have used like Helium10.
CONSI experienced some minor stability issues with this software. It would occasionally crash or freeze. Even though their customer support was quick in resolving the issue and relaying it to me, I would appreciate it if they could improve the performance with our large catalog of products.

Best value for Money yet powerful enough
Affordable price and impressive visualisation , user friendly interface. Solid report export options.
CONSCustomer support service is very slow, shame to not having live chat support for such perfect app.

Fantastic product, better support.
Products works well, support is epic, lots of road mapping and having a seat at the table which helps to get the right solution.
CONSIt can be a bit noisey sometimes. There’s a lot of data.

Does what its supposed to do
It's giving us pretty much all the metrics we need, and I like that it's continuously improving. They listed to feedback and actually execute on it

Best Product for Amazon Business
I am happy and using it regularly.
PROSI got this product from Ecomsummit. I started using it. I could see that the data is updated regularly and accurate. Users can trust this software.Great work by team.
CONSI did not find any loophole in the software. Everything which I wanted is available in the software.
