The contrast has been refreshing. The pricing model is transparent and reasonable, especially for a SaaS team that needs to embed reporting without the enterprise-tier sticker shock. Setup into our .NET stack was straightforward, and the self-service report builder is genuinely usable by non-technical folks, which takes pressure off our dev team. The ability to let customers build and customize their own reports has been a real win. Support has been responsive and actually helpful, which sounds like a low bar until you've dealt with the alternative. Worth evaluating if you're looking for embedded reporting that won't punish you at renewal.
