Perfect tool for mobile reporting

Since we started using Risqover, we see a lot more issues being reported. This led to cleaner workspaces, our office looks more professional now. The Offix team responds fast, so service is also very good.

PROS

It's extremely easy-to-use for our people: they made they app as simple and clean as possible, so reporting an issue only takes 10-15 seconds.

CONS

Nothing for now. Maybe that we didn't know about this tool sooner ;-).

Easy EHS reporting

We use risqover for the reporting of EHS incidents & near-misses, but also the colleagues of the quality dept. and Production started to use it to get issues reported!

PROS

Easy to create your own reports! Easy for the workfloor to report any EHS issue that needs the attention of the company!

CONS

There is still no possibility to define actions in the database and to link them to an email or, for example, a planner as we currently use in the new office 365 environment.

Hi Kristel, Many thanks for the appreciated feedback! We're currently heavily developing (see our roadmap on https://trello.com/b/A1Jo25Jj/risqover-public-roadmap) so I think most of the issues will be addressed in the next few months.
