With these reports, we are able to capture meaningful and timely data about the online reputation performance of our various locations, which we could then integrate with other spreadsheets. By being able to consolidate reputation performance metrics in one place with only a few mouse clicks, this has saved us countless hours of manual review tracking and statistics collection. Another great feature is response management. This is another time-saver that enables us to customize and publish responses to reviews with greater ease, and helps us to reach out to our reviewers more efficiently. #### Cons Occasionally, we've encountered situations where the user interface was not necessarily intuitively designed, but only in minor ways which had no significant impact on the quality of the user experience. You can manage all of your reviews from multiple sites. Of course you can't manage ALL of them, but you get to manage the ones that MATTER! In addition to the awesome software the customer support team and their development team really took care of my needs. Not to mention everything was resolved literally in like 45 minutes...
