Good for the whole software development lifecycle with documentation.

User interface far from good - partially confusing, partially just ugly.

Overall I liked the product very much and it did grow very good in regards to modern UI over the time I used it. In regards of feature richness it had been very mature already when I started using it.

Good agile development features including Kanban board and Scrum process artefacts. Easy management of integrated SCM repositories (Git, SVN).

Usually I get my ideas realized within the HTML editor, but sometimes you have to struggle a little.

A: unfortunately there is no german speaking customer support I can explain my problems.

Features leave the product and information about that is missing.

We invested significant effort to configure codeBeamer and realized significant benefit in return.

We are working with codeBeamer to fullfill the requirements from Automotive Spice and for this usecase the tool is very good for.

Very flexible and configurable. Stable with new featuers comming fast.

Good for requirement management. Integration with OFFICE, DOORS and JIRA helps a lot.

There are tree ways to create the authorization/user-management and this is sometimes difficult because of the roles for each project.

Unable to post links with ampersands in the URL in comments. Permalinks stop randomly working and bring to a different view.

The way it allows us to share the Product Development process with ease along with the team. Coming from a similar product (Product Board) the learning curve has been short.

Helps with agile software development using Scrum approach.

It is a bit too expensive and the UI is not intuitive. I got really frustrated clicking around trying to figure out how to move from screen to screen.

It is also a beautifully designed peice of software that is clean, modern, and a joy to use.

Sometimes it's not accurate when it comes to who edited a story/item. This can cause quite the problem for paper trails.

It can be difficult to navigate, requiring more effort than necessary to discover goods that have not been correctly labeled.

Otherwise they get difficult to manage beyond a point.

Plenty of bugs and poor usability features. Assigning a story to somebody will move the current swimlane to the first swimlane.

In overall it's still a usable product. The developer needs to focus on fixing the bugs to improve overall usability.

It's also quite simple to turn your random ideas into user tales. You can also use story points, effort, and custom fields to help you organize and prioritize your stories.

This tool ensures shared understanding with the entire team, arguably the most critical aspect to a successful product launch. Oh, and yes, it does push and integrate with Jira with two-way sync.

I love that I can use it from the start of a product strategy till managing and releasing. It helps with the full cycle of managing a product.

Overall it has been great, wonderful find to have up to date information.

What I like most able Craft, is that all the information on companies you could every want is all on one page.

I would recommend to small remote teams in their early stages of development.

The unique terminology--it's hard to figure out what a simple project, milestone or task is when they call it epic, story, etc.
